Yes. Choose your published Facebook competition post and an entry rule, then click Draw. The Competition Centre automatically selects a random winner from the eligible entries it can verify and records the result. You can choose to automatically announce the winner in a new post, a comment on the competition, or both. Check your announcement template before starting, or choose to review the result first. You start the draw yourself; it does not currently run automatically at a scheduled closing time.

Growth includes 2 different Facebook competition posts per calendar month. Agency includes 10. Each post counts when you complete a successful winner draw. Redrawing for the same post within that month does not use another allowance. Allowances reset on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC. Starter and the Starter trial do not include Competition Centre access.

You get 14 days of Starter access in your own business workspace. Add an event, try the poster tools, connect your Facebook Page and review your first promotion plan. No card is required and the trial will not automatically turn into a paid subscription.

Publishing currently focuses on Facebook Pages. The local sharing tool helps you search for relevant Facebook groups and Pages to share to yourself. It does not automatically post into groups or claim to rank their popularity.
